PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Quickly and conveniently care for all your DFI treated glass surfaces with the Consumer Maintenance Kit (CMK). The robust aftercare kit was specifically designed for customers who have had their glass previously treated with Diamon-Fusion® or any of DFI’s protective coatings, ensuring the treated surface(s) will remain water repellent, easy to clean, and protected against hard water stains.
With the CMK, DFI customers can restore their glass to like-new condition using Restoration Powder™ and then simultaneously protect it with Revitalizer™ protective coating. So, whether you forgot to clean your treated glass surfaces or just want to make them look new again, the
CMK is your answer to maintaining your surfaces. And the kit itself is capable of restoring up to 997 sq. ft. of glass, so you can rest assured your glass will continue to shine and remain water repellent for years to come.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Three (3) Restoration Powder™ NanoPax® – Use to remove hard water stains, soap scum, and more (product coverage varies on extent of damage).
- One (1) Revitalizer™ Bottle (16 oz. / 472 mL) – An optically clear, water repellent coating that restores DFI treated surfaces to like-new performance (each bottle treats approximately 997 sq. ft.).
- One (1) White Scrubber Pad (3x3) – Use to clean glass with Restoration Powder™.
- One (1) Microfiber Towel – Use to polish glass when applying Revitalizer™.
- One (1) Nylon Cleaning Puff – Use to wipe down the treated surface when needed.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

- Start by wetting the glass and using the white scrubber pad with Restoration Powder™ (just a light touch) to remove any stains. If stains persist, use more pressure, but not so much as to damage the DFI coating.
- Once thoroughly clean and dry, apply the Revitalizer™ protective coating in a well-ventilated area. Spray the coating as needed and wipe with the microfiber towel using firm circular, overlapping motions, going over the entire area at least twice.
- To test the application, spray the glass with water and look for uniform water beads. For areas that are not beading up uniformly, dry the entire surface and reapply the Revitalizer™ coating as needed.
- Finalize the application process by either polishing the glass with the microfiber towel or washing with soapy water.
Important: It is recommended to test a small amount of Restoration Powder™ on an inconspicuous area before use to ensure compatibility. Not for use on lacquered surfaces.
Important: In less-ventilated areas, apply Revitalizer™ protective coating in small sections.

FAQ
Can the CMK be used on glass not treated with DFI’s protective coatings?
No, the CMK is only designed for use on surfaces that have been treated with Diamon-Fusion® or any of DFI’s protective coatings. For applications on glass surfaces that have not been treated with a hydrophobic coating, DFI recommends using the Glass Defender™ Kit or Clear-Fusion™ V, which can be used to protect new or existing surfaces.
Does the glass need to be completely dry before applying Revitalizer™?
Yes, please make sure any water droplets are completely removed from the glass before applying Revitalizer™.
How long does the Revitalizer™ coating last?
The Revitalizer™ coating is meant to reinvigorate the DFI coating that has been applied to the glass, making it water repellent and stain resistant, again. With proper care, the coating will last several years; however, longevity is also dependent on hard water levels, usage, and much more.
What if too much of the coating is applied?
Be careful not to apply too much of the Revitalizer™ coating on the glass. If so, a haze will form, in which case DFI recommends using isopropyl alcohol to clean the surface.
How long do you have to wait to use the glass, after application?
No time at all. Revitalizer™ has no cure time; so, once the coating has been applied to the glass surface, it is ready for use.
Does the glass need to be maintained after using the CMK?
Yes, please care for the glass in the same way you would when Diamon-Fusion® or any of DFI’s protective coatings were applied to the surface. If needed, you can also download our basic glass care instructions. For silica-based surfaces, download our basic care instructions here.
