Money Back Guarantee
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our products. To be eligible for this, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with your order number and a brief explanation. From there, we will try to resolve your issue. If we are unable to resolve your issue, then we will refund the full purchase price of your order. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.
We take our quality control very seriously; however, rarely, there may be a manufacturing defect. Consequently, if you received an order and it is damaged, please send pictures of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with any pertinent details about your order such as the date of purchase, items purchased, tracking number, etc. Upon receiving pictures of the damaged item(s), we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed that have been delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, DFI will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
