Tracking orders

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system. Likewise, once your order is on its way to you, you will receive the tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Delivery time

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Delivery fees

Free shipping on all orders over $75 in the U.S. only. For orders below $75, the delivery costs vary by weight.

Shipping provider

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments in the U.S. and Canada.

International shipping

All customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged duties/customs fees; however, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way in case you do get charged. The funds go exclusively to your own government. Please contact your customs or local post office for more information.
