So on the instructions card, it doesn't say to wet the glass prior to scrubbing. Maybe stupid of me but I started to scrub on dry glass and it didn't do anything. Then I look on the powder pouch and there it said to wet the surface. And it worked great, my shower glass is back to new!
Easy to use and saved me from losing money from snow buildup. Now the snow slides off. Hope it lasts for years.
